Firstly, I'm very glad to be able to introduce myself to our customers and Lumimicro stockholders. Lumimicro is 4-year old start-up venture.
Over the last 3 years, we have made rapid growth with technical development and new product launching.
This was possible due to our customers and stockholders' continuous interest and affection.
Based on this, we at Lumimicro have been able to accomplish this outcome.
In October, I took up my present position as Lumimicro's the 3rd CEO.
And I feel that I will be able to make good use of my previous experiences for Lumimicro's second take off.
For example, I have my own belief regarding management.
Firstly, the customer always must come first.
By maintaining a close relationship with the customers, we'll share our ideas in management.
Secondly, I'll focus on fostering people.
Human resource is the essential point in management. The more we work together as a team the better will be the outcome which determines the company's fast-growth.
Thirdly is technology management.
Technology is the next best thing after human resource. This digital era is based on knowledge.
The technological and intellectual difference determines the fate of a company.
That means, yesterday's nobody can be today’s winner in this industry.
Dreaming alone leads to nothing but a dream. But sharing the dream along with customers makes reality come true.  
Our commitment to the customer is to be one of the top LED manufacturer in the world.
I and all the members of the Lumimicro staff will do our best to make that happen.
